  • According to sources, Bahia’s main target this transfer window is signing a goalkeeper.

Botafogo

  • Inter Milan is hesitant to release Joaquín Correa early to Botafogo, as they do not want to strengthen a rival in the Club World Cup. The Italian club hasn’t yet set a release fee, and Botafogo needs to register him by June 10.

  • Botafogo has already secured five reinforcements for the Club World Cup window, including Joaquín Correa, but will wait until July to search for a winger. Attempts to sign Júnior Santos and Hinestroza have not succeeded so far.

  • Juninho Capixaba (thigh pain), Eduardo Sasha (load control), Pedro Henrique (thigh pain), Agustín Sant’Anna, Fernando, Henry Mosquera (injured), and Isidro Pitta (on national duty) are out for Red Bull Bragantino; during training, Guilherme covered for Capixaba, midfield pairs were tested, and goalkeeper Cleiton worked individually with the coach.

  • In the already set draw, Ceará will face Sport at Ilha do Retiro in the Copa do Nordeste quarterfinals, in a single match with the date yet to be confirmed.

Corinthians

  • Seventeen‑year‑old forward Luiz Fernando has scored 7 goals in 2025 for Corinthians’ U‑20 team and has drawn the interest of Dorival Júnior as a first‑team winger option.

  • Twenty‑one‑year‑old forward Giovane has been released by Corinthians after rejecting a contract renewal; his current contract runs until July 31, 2025, and he declined to extend over disagreements with the board's terms.

  • Dinei resigned as technical observer of Corinthians’ youth academy, citing disagreement with irregularities and excessive signings (87 in total), lack of transparency, and ignored complaints by the board.

Cruzeiro

  • At the request of Leonardo Jardim, Cruzeiro intends to sign up to five players between July and September, prioritizing a left‑footed center‑back, a midfielder, and a winger, while also planning some departures from the squad.

  • After loaning Dinenno to São Paulo, Cruzeiro is targeting the Argentine attacking midfielder Alan Lescano from Argentinos Juniors, who is also of interest to Palmeiras and Vasco.

  • With the arrival of Soteldo, Fluminense will have 10 foreign players in the squad, exceeding the CBF limit of nine registered per match. The Venezuelan will be the second from his country to play for the club, after Carlos Maldonado in 1992.

  • Fluminense attempted to sign Willian, formerly of Chelsea and Corinthians, but he declined as he did not want to return to Brazil—a decision discussed with his family. The club is now focusing on strengthening the attack, especially with fast players like Soteldo.

  • Fluminense will debut in the Club World Cup against Borussia Dortmund on June 17 at 13:00 at MetLife Stadium, which will also host their match against Ulsan on the 21st. The stadium, which holds 82,500 spectators, has recently been renovated and will also be used in the 2026 World Cup.

  • Juventude is on break until June 23 and is planning friendlies with new signings to rebuild the squad following several departures, including Kawan and Petterson. They are also trying to bring back goalkeeper Gabriel and are negotiating five new signings with no contracts signed yet.

Mirassol

  • Mirassol has secured attackers Carlos Eduardo (ex‑Vitória) and Alesson (from Torpedo Moscow, Russia) to reinforce the squad this season.

  • Technical coordinator Paulinho became emotional when declaring his dream to lead the club to the 2026 Copa Sudamericana, aiming to leave a legacy beyond remaining in Série A. He is focused on the current project, despite interest from bigger clubs, and values Mirassol’s objectives.

  • Mirassol is the eighth‑best home team in the Brasileirão, unbeaten at Maião Stadium since February, with 11 of their 17 points earned at home. They have only lost twice in 2025 at Maião (both in the Paulista) and will return to play after the Club World Cup break.

Santos

  • At 29, goalkeeper João Paulo—with 237 games for Santos—has received backing from new executive Alexandre Mattos to remain at the club following an Achilles tendon injury, despite interest from other teams and fan fatigue.

  • Soteldo requested to leave Santos and will be sold to Fluminense; he will reunite with Renato Gaúcho, after Peixe sold defender Joaquim to Tigres‑MEX to pay off the debt for the permanent purchase of the Venezuelan, previously negotiated for US$ 6 million.

  • Zé Ivaldo will be bought outright by Santos for US$ 1 million (approximately R$ 5.6 million) if he plays in 60% of the season games (33 matches). He’s 9 games short of that mark after arriving on loan from Cruzeiro.

São Paulo

  • Argentine forward Juan Dinenno, 30, is negotiating a loan from Cruzeiro to São Paulo until the end of 2025. He currently has a contract until the end of the season and has scored 8 goals in 27 matches for Raposa after a standout stint with Pumas in Mexico.

  • According to Argentine journalist Nehuen Arrigo, Vasco, Palmeiras, and Cruzeiro have shown interest in Alan Lescano but have not made formal offers yet. Racing also scouted the player, though a sale in Argentine football is considered unlikely.
